Ultrasonic Cleaning Baskets, Stainless Steel Wire Racks

Designed to be used in most cleaning systems . Baskets are constructed with dia. rod and No. 4 or No. 2 mesh. Each basket is buffed and electropolished to enhance corrosive resistance. Nylabond coating available upon request. These rectangular baskets with handles are stackable.

Artcraft ultrasonic cleaning fixtures are designed for the many different Ultrasonic cleaning systems. ( CAE, Crest , Branson, Infinity, Blue Wave, Blackstone to name a few of the cleaning systems) They can be made for auto lift or manual lift. They can be designed to handle single or multiple level inserts. These are made of 316 electropolished stainless steel.

Perfect for cleaning small and large PC boards in an inline cleaning system unit. Baskets are constructed with 3/16' dia. rod and No. 3 mesh. A stainless steel mesh basket with lid that is removable: dividers are available.

Optic racks are designed to hold the optic on the edge in a 3 or 4 point configuration. This allows for optimum cleaning of the pristine surface. These racks are 304 or 316 Nylabond coated or electropolished stainless. The capacity and size vary due to part number and optic size. Artcraft racks come in a optic range from .75 to 8.00 inches in .25 increments. We also have 100.150,200,250 and 300 millimeter wafer/ optic racks that we stock.

These stainless steel wire baskets for small parts are perfect for cleaning in ultrasonic units. Baskets are constructed with 1/8' dia. rod with No. 4, No. 10 or No. 24 mesh and come with or without a latching lid. Each basket is buffed and electropolished to enhance corrosive resistance and ensure no sharp edges. Metal wire stacking baskets are available with hinged lids that have saftco latches. Custom sizes are also available.

These baskets come with vertical braces. Sizes and meshes vary according to part number. There are two styles of basket, one to fit a New Holland spin dryer and another to fit a Nobles, Desco or Atotech spin dryer.

All ss beaker baskets have No. 24 mesh with a .027 dia. opening. Other mesh sizes are available on request. Each basket is buffed and electropolished to assure no sharp edges.

V Mesh baskets are great for handling cylinderal products. The #3 mesh on the baskets is bent into a V pattern to keep products from coming in contact with each other. They come with a Nylabond coating or electropolished 304 or 316 stainless steel.

Wire security cages are the perfect solution for storing products or equipment in your lab. Each cage has two doors that swing open 270 degrees and clip to the sides. This allows the doors to be kept open and out of the way. Cages come with stainless swiveling and locking casters. Each cage is made with 304 stainless rod and is electropolished for enhanced corrosive resistance.

Both our electro-polished tables and reticle racks are perfect for any clean-room environment. Cleanroom adjustable stainless steel tables have a rod top and are available with or without height-adjust.

These baskets are excellent for general ultrasonic cleaning. They can be made with any mesh opening and we can add a hinging or removable latching lid. Material 304 or 316 stainless steel and electropolished for enhanced corrosion resistance.

Artcraft can design optic racks to hold any size or shape optic. We can add a lid to keep the optics from getting out of the rack. Stacking metal baskets allow for simple storage and work flow. 304 or 316 SST with Nylon or Halar coating. Part numbers can be added to aid in quick identification.

Fine mesh basket excellent for cleaning the tiniest of parts. The basket has an inner seal on the lid to keep small parts from escaping out the lid. Available in any mesh size–can even be made in 100 mesh and the basket can be any shape or size. All industrial wire mesh baskets are 316 SST electropolished for enhanced corrosion resistance.

All Artcraft stainless steel mesh baskets are 316 or 304 SST. As a SS basket manufacturer we can manufacture them with or without lids, as stacking metal baskets, as well as electropolished for enhanced corrosion resistance.

Tine wash racks can be made in any size and are excellent for holding a component on a pin array so they stay separated in the rack. Tines can be any length and the rack can be made stackable. Mesh can be added to the bottom and side walls to ensure nothing falls out in into the cleaning system. 304 or 316 SST. Coated Nylon or Halar or electropolished.

V mesh baskets are excellent in keeping long parts from hitting each other. We can add dividers in the valleys of the V’s to allow for smaller parts and increase the rack capacity. Any rack and mesh size and V configuration. 316 or 304 SST rack can be coated with nylon, Halar or electropolished
